Practical note: NinjaTrader may take several minutes to load the required historical daily data when an instrument is selected for the first time. Qualification Process

How to qualify

Follow these steps carefully before starting your NinjaTrader activation. The Starter Pack can only be released after NinjaTrader and Impact confirm both parts of the qualifying action: registration through Stephen Hoad’s tracked route and a platform login within 7 days.

Important: protect your tracking and complete both qualifying steps

NinjaTrader and Impact use a clickID to connect your click on Stephen Hoad’s affiliate link to your new registration. You must then log into NinjaTrader Web, Mobile or Desktop within 7 days. If the clickID is blocked, or if the platform login is not completed within 7 days, the qualifying action will not be recorded.

  • Use the same device and browser throughout Click through from this page and complete the NinjaTrader registration in the same browser session on the same computer, tablet or phone.
  • Temporarily disable VPNs, ad blockers and tracking blockers These can prevent the clickID or tracking cookie from being recorded. Keep them disabled from the moment you click through until registration and login are complete.
  • Do not use private or incognito mode Private browsing can stop the tracking cookie from being stored and may make your claim impossible to verify.
  • Register immediately through the tracked route Do not leave the process, type NinjaTrader’s address directly, use a saved bookmark or return later through another route. If you leave, come back to this page and start again through the tracked link before registering.
  • Log into NinjaTrader within 7 days — this is mandatory After creating the account, log into NinjaTrader Web, Mobile or Desktop within 7 days. Simply registering does not complete the qualifying action.
Please allow several days for verification. NinjaTrader and Impact must process and validate both the tracked registration and the platform login completed within 7 days. The Starter Pack is not released merely because an account-creation email has been received.

  2. Continue to NinjaTrader in the same browser session You will be redirected through Stephen Hoad’s current tracked NinjaTrader link. Do not change browser or device, use private mode, or navigate directly to NinjaTrader.
  3. Register as a new NinjaTrader user You must be a new NinjaTrader user and complete your registration through the tracked route in the same browser session.
  4. Log into NinjaTrader within 7 days This is mandatory. After registering, log into NinjaTrader Web, Mobile or Desktop within 7 days. Creating an account alone is not enough.
  5. Email Stephen to claim your Starter Pack After registering and logging into NinjaTrader within 7 days, allow several days for NinjaTrader and Impact to complete their checks, then email info@thestophunter.co.uk using the same email address used for NinjaTrader. The pack is not sent automatically.

Before claiming: complete your NinjaTrader activation

To qualify, you must register through Stephen Hoad’s tracked link and then log into NinjaTrader Web, Mobile or Desktop within 7 days. Creating an account alone does not qualify. After completing both steps, allow several days for NinjaTrader and Impact to process and verify the action. Then email:

Send the email from the same address you used to register with NinjaTrader so your claim can be matched and verified.

If you believe you followed every tracking step but your registration has not appeared, include the following details so the case can be investigated:

  • The email address used to register with NinjaTrader
  • The date and approximate time you clicked the tracked link
  • The date and approximate time you completed registration
  • The device and browser used
  • Whether a VPN, ad blocker, cookie blocker or privacy tool was active
Important: do not bypass this page if you want to claim the bonus. Use the same browser session and device throughout, temporarily disable VPNs and blocking tools, and do not use private or incognito mode. You must also log into NinjaTrader Web, Mobile or Desktop within 7 days of registering. If the clickID is not collected or the platform login is not completed within 7 days, the qualifying action will not be recorded.

  • Who qualifies? New NinjaTrader users who start through this page, register through Stephen Hoad’s tracked NinjaTrader link, and log into NinjaTrader Web, Mobile or Desktop within 7 days of registering. Note: The Starter Pack is available only to qualifying new NinjaTrader accounts opened through The Stop Hunter's tracked affiliate link after the launch of this promotion. Existing accounts and accounts opened through any other route are not eligible. Please do not email requesting exceptions or asking us to manually add existing accounts, as we are unable to do so. The same eligibility criteria apply to every customer without exception. If you don't qualify, the TSH Renko Block Size Calculator and TSH Renko Indicator Suite are available to purchase separately.
  • Do I need to fund or trade? No. You do not need to fund an account, place a trade, buy a licence or open a live account to qualify for the NinjaTrader Renko Starter Pack. You must register as a new NinjaTrader user through Stephen Hoad’s tracked link and log into NinjaTrader Web, Mobile or Desktop within 7 days.
  • Why do I need to enter my email first? Your email is used to create a tracking record before you go to NinjaTrader. This helps match your registration to your bonus claim.
  • How do I make sure my registration tracks? Start on this page and complete the full process in the same browser session on the same device. Temporarily disable any VPN, ad blocker, cookie blocker or tracking blocker. Do not use private or incognito mode, do not switch browser or device, and do not navigate directly to NinjaTrader instead of using the tracked route.
  • I registered but haven't received my Starter Pack. What should I check? Confirm that you started from this Starter Pack page, used the same browser and device, disabled VPN/ad/tracking blockers, avoided private/incognito mode, registered as a genuinely new NinjaTrader user, logged into NinjaTrader Web, Mobile or Desktop within 7 days, and then allowed several days for verification. Creating an account without completing the platform login does not qualify.
  • What proof may be required? You may be asked to provide a screenshot of your NinjaTrader registration confirmation email if extra verification is needed.
  • How do I claim the pack? After registering through Stephen Hoad’s tracked link and logging into NinjaTrader Web, Mobile or Desktop within 7 days, email info@thestophunter.co.uk from the same email address used for NinjaTrader. The pack is not sent automatically.
  • When is the pack released? The pack is released only after your email claim has been checked and NinjaTrader/Impact have processed and matched both the qualifying registration and the required platform login completed within 7 days. This verification can take several days and is not instantaneous.
  • What if the tracking does not match? If no clickID was collected, the registration cannot be matched to Stephen Hoad’s tracked route, or the required platform login was not completed within 7 days, the Starter Pack cannot normally be released. Common causes include a VPN, ad blocker, cookie or tracking blocker, browser privacy settings, private/incognito mode, changing device or browser, waiting too long before registering, or navigating directly to NinjaTrader. If you followed all instructions, email the registration address, click and signup times, device, browser and blocker/VPN details so the individual case can be investigated.

What this pack does — and does not do
