Every project is scoped before work starts. Payment terms depend on whether you choose a fixed-scope setup package or custom deployment work.
Strategy Setup Packages
All standard strategy setup packages are fixed-scope and payable in full upfront. Work begins only once payment has cleared.
Custom / Advanced Deployment
Custom work is typically billed in stages:
- 60% upfront
- 30% at agreed build milestone
- 10% before final handover
Final code, deployment materials, documentation, and handover assets are not released until all outstanding amounts are paid in full.
OPTIONAL SUPPORT
Support is optional. It is not bundled in forever.
After handover, responsibility transfers to you unless a paid support arrangement is in place. That is deliberate.

After handover, you are responsible for operating the bot, monitoring the environment, maintaining credentials, managing infrastructure, and deciding whether to use it live.
All trading outcomes remain your responsibility.
IP & Licence
Internal use only
All bot code, framework logic, scripts, documentation, and related materials remain my intellectual property unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
You are buying a licence to use the delivered bot or framework for your own internal use only.
You are not buying the right to resell it, redistribute it, sublicense it, pass it off as your own, or package it for third-party sale.

Why only one strategy in the base package?
Because depth is more valuable than overload. One strategy implemented properly is far more useful than a pile of half-used systems. Broader coverage is available through the 2, 3, and 5 strategy packages.
Can you trade it for me?
No. This is a software, build, training, and handover service. It is not account management.
Will you maintain it forever?
No. Ongoing maintenance is optional and paid separately through a support plan or ad hoc support.
Can I cancel support any time?
Yes. You can cancel before the next billing cycle. Once a support month has started, that month is payable in full and runs to the end of that period.
What if I want changes later?
Changes outside the original agreed scope become separately quoted development work.
